Day 578 - Releasing memories with positive feelings pt2

Here I continue from previous post:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created acceptance within myself by making it dependent on an external condition. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have associated the positive feeling of acceptance with receiving presents on christmas and have recreated this positive feeling in other areas of my life where I wanted to experience acceptance. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have used this positive feeling of acceptance to define myself in my relationships by pleasing people and doing what I thought necessary to achieve this feeling of acceptance in hopes that my life will be better and my problems will end. Today i realise that acceptance is who I am as the I in my relationship with self and I give myself permission to stop the positive feeling of acceptance, and stop attaching myself to the memory of my childhood when my parents were giving me presents which made gave me the positive feeling of acceptance.  I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have pursued the positive feeling of acceptance through my professional work not realising that in my relationship with self I stand as self-acceptance. When and as I am encountering the pattern again where I want to have the positive feeling of acceptance, I stop and breathe, I slow down and correct myself doing what I have to do while acting in awareness.

i forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have a memory with a positive feeling where I am experiencing togetherness with my parents and brother on the christmas eve as I was receiving my presents. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to allowed myself to recreate this positive feeling of togetherness when I am collaborating with others towards the outcome of some project. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have not realised that togetherness is here with me in every moment of breath as the relationship I have with self. I release myself from the positive feeling of togetherness and incorporate togetherness within my daily life as the “who I am”. I commit myself to make myself aware of my relationship with myself as a way to establish my togetherness with self.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to have created a positive feeling where I felt appreciated by my parents when I opened christmas presents and have sought to recreate this feeling in other situations where I wanted to feel appreciated by others in authority positions.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not appreciate myself but to have created a positive feeling of appreciation that I use to define myself. Today I am standing as the self-directive principle and I direct myself to appreciate myself on a daily basis, where I appreciate my presence in this world and my ability to walk my process of change in every moment of breath.  In particular I focus on my self-appreciation in moments were I am facing my mind and the accepted self-limitations in managing the various aspects of my life. In this moment I recall my self-appreciation by realising the journey I have already left behind and the journey I am able to still walk in this body. I commit myself to proceed in this way until I have released myself from the positive feeling of appreciation.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have a memory of celebrating christmas and opening presents and experiencing a positive feeling of being cared for. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have wanted to replicate this positive energy of being cared for when I collaborate on projects with others where I want to make sure that the project is successful and I do this by drawing on the positive energy that I experience during the collaboration in that I take on more and more responsibility to ensure that others “care” to have me on board. Today I am standing as the self-directive principle and I direct myself to care for myself in that I walk my process and let go of each system/program as I become aware of it, and give myself direction from the relationship I have with myself until there are no more positive feelings to walk out from.
